I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money is excellent. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the spacious rooms with bathtubs. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff took care to provide basic amenities and even offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options for tea and coffee. Lastly, the location on the outskirts of Sapareva Banya was perfect. It offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, while still being just a few minutes' drive from the city center and amenities.

Great location, close to amazing natural attractions. Rooms were clean, spacious and decorated nicely. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff.

Our room didn't have a kettle or any kitchenware, making it hard to have a cup of tea or cook anything. we had to park on a steep and rocky road which was quite inconvenient and nerve-wracking.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great food, and relaxing hot pool. We enjoyed the warm water in the pool and the delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant. The room was immaculate and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being near the center of town.

We stayed at a hotel near the center of the town, conveniently situated right next to a restaurant hosting a jacuzzi. It was great for entertaining the kids. the bathroom was neat, and the shower drain worked well. the breakfast offered a good spread. the room was spacious, equipped with a big sofa, small kitchen, and table.

We could not communicate effectively with the staff members who had difficulty speaking English.
